Zumba is a great time. It requires no rhythm and no experience. You don't have to worry about having the 'right' arm or 'wrong' leg. Just show up, move and have a blast. Dancing was my first love and Zumba is the perfect way to dance, exercise, meet new people and have fun.
The music and dance incorporates multiple genres and cultural motifs. I am always wanting suggestions and requests for songs or dances. After all it is your class!
